Medicare (Non-Participating Provider)
We accept assignment of benefits as partial payment. If you have a secondary insurance policy, it only covers the difference between what Medicare pays, and the reduced fee they approve for a partial treatment. (That is, Medicare only pays for a spinal adjustment with no coverage for the examination, x-rays, lab work, or any necessary physiotherapy. – Write your congressman.)
We accept payment from your insurance company if your plan covers chiropractic benefits and allows you to see “any willing provider.” Call your insurance company and ask if your policy includes chiropractic benefits. If it does not, inquire about a plan that fully covers chiropractic treatments. Some companies entice you to buy their plan by suggesting they cover chiropractic, when in fact they reimburse only a small fraction of the per-visit cost. Also check your insurance for "Out of Network" coverage, and inquire if they penalize you with a higher deductible for out-of-network doctors. If they do, look for another insurance company.
Payment & Fees Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check and Cash Payments accepted. Hardship payment plans are available by request.
